It is only 6:45 in the evening, and the outside temperature is 21 degrees below zero. When it is cold and clear, ice fog settles over the boreal forest that surrounds us, coating every object it comes in contact with. When I captured this image, the fog was rolling in toward our cabin at about the same time that the sun was setting. This image has not been altered, it is SOOC.
